ITINERARY

Day 01 :

Kualanamu Airport – Bukit Lawang

Arriving at Kualanamu Airport or staying at the Medan Hotel, we will pick you up and drive you for about 3 hours to Bukit Lawang, a small tourist village on the edge of Gunung Leuser National Park. Bukit Lawang is the most popular place and the easiest to enter the park. The park is one of the largest national parks that straddle borders in two provinces, containing over 800.000 ha of virgin rainforest and the home of Sumatran orangutans, Sumatran tigers, Sumatran elephants, white-handed gibbons, etc.

Day 2 :

Bukit Lawang – 2 Days Jungle Trekking Staying at Campsite

After breakfast, you will start a jungle trek to explore the national park. Explore the jungle to search for Sumatran orangutans and other tropical flora and fauna. It’s not a flat walk; there are some ups and downs. You have a big chance to see gibbons, Thomas leaf monkeys, longtail and pigtail macaques, squirrels, Great Argust, and hornbills. A wild orangutan might cross your path. Enjoying a little picnic with the Indonesian Lunch Pack prepared by the team. Your guide will explain to you many things about the rainforest and show you many different kinds of plants and flowers.

Learn about setting up camp in the Sumatran jungle on arrival at your campsite and assist in building a fire to cook your dinner. Your local guide is well-versed in “camp cooking.” Dine under the stars, surrounded by the eerie sounds of the jungle. Your local guide will be playing a few games and tricks to help you enjoy a fun night and be happy with a little snack, tea, or coffee before sleeping.

Day 3 :

Jungle Campsite – Bukit Lawang

Good Morning…… When you wake up, the team will give you a little snack with tea or coffee. Enjoy your jungle morning with the sound of birds and gibbons, relax, swim, and enjoy your last day in Gunung Leuser National Park. After lunch, a jungle trek ends with a walk back to the accommodation. The rest of the day is free for leisure. The rest is your program; you can swim or take a beautiful walk to the local village nearby.

Day 4 :

Bukit Lawang – Berastagi

After breakfast, you will drive to Berastagi by private transport. You will drive at 8:00 a.m. from Bukit Lawang. On the way, you will stop to visit the Shwedagon Pagoda Replica at Taman Alam Lumbini, the Fruit Market, and others. Arrival in Berastagi: Check-in at Accommodation Free to Relax. Enjoying a view from the veranda of your accommodation or you can walk around a nearby village to experience the local way of life.

Day 5 :

Berastagi – Lake Toba

Early in the morning, start your journey and hike to the Sinabung volcano mountain. Then enjoy a hot spring and visit the fruit market. Late at noon, start the journey to visit Lake Toba.

Day 6 :

Lake Toba – Medan

After breakfast, explore Lake Toba, the biggest lake in the world, and enjoy the best view of lakes !!, Late noon journey to the Medan Hotel.

Day 7 :

Medan Hotel – Kualanamu Airport
Transport to the Kualanamu Airport to catch flights for other destinations. End your Tours with us.
